Liquid Web, Inc. said it has hired executive Terry Flood as the company´s new chief financial officer.
The company has indicated that Flood will play an integral role in the plans for accelerated growth it has reported since receiving a significant investment from Madison Dearborn Partners and naming Jim Geiger as its new chief executive officer in June of 2015.
Flood, most recently, worked as a principal for Simafore, an Ann Arbor, MI-based big data analytics consultancy.
In other news, Liquid Web said that interim CFO, Jim Calandra, will remain with the company throughout the year, assisting with the transition and the company´s accelerated initiatives.
Liquid Web owns and operates three data centers located in Lansing, MI in addition to locations in Phoenix, AZ and Amsterdam, NL.
