Lightspeed, the world´s most powerful cloud-based point of sale (POS) system for independent retailers and restaurants and a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of Lightspeed Restaurant with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Services, the company said.
The new two-way interface allows hotel restaurants to communicate guest and billing information between the hotel´s property management system (PMS) and the restaurant´s POS, meaning business owners spend less time managing multiple systems, and more time excelling in customer service.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. Together, the services offer a securely featured, scalable and mobile-enabled platform that provides the comprehensive capabilities hotels need to deliver personalized guest experiences, improve operating efficiency, and enhance mobility.
