The unified company name is part of a rebrand initiative stemming from the companies´ previously announced merger and long-term strategy to serve the enterprise communications market with a complementary suite of scalable cloud-based solutions.

Additionally, Lifesize announced the appointments of Josh Kivenko as chief marketing officer and Rick Froehlich as chief revenue officer to jointly lead global go-to-market strategy and execution.
