Corboy & Demetrio law firm has announced the filing of six lawsuits on behalf of 11 passengers on Aeromexico Flight 2431, which crashed on July 31, 2018 in Durango, Mexico, the firm said.
The crash occurred after an attempted take-off en route to Mexico City. The aircraft hit the ground a few hundred yards from the runway of the General Guadalupe Victoria International Airport.
The 11 passengers represented by Corboy & Demetrio include a grandmother, her daughter and her two minor daughters; a mother and her son; a couple and their two minor sons, and another individual. All are Chicagoland residents.
