LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions LLC has promoted Mike Guagenti to Chief Executive Officer, the company said.
Guagenti has served as the company´s President and CFO since its inception in 2013. Simultaneously, Ian Rollo — previous CEO since the company´s founding — has moved into the new position as Chairman of the Board.
During his 25-year career, Guagenti has helped lead a diverse set of companies on strategy, operations and finance. Before forming LAUNCH as one of its owners, he led Volant Aerospace as its President and CFO. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
