Lacuna Health has announced the expansion of its platform to provide physicians and group practices with a broader and more comprehensive suite of call center and telehealth solutions, the company said.
Following a series of strategic partnerships and acquisitions, Lacuna Health Physician Solutions now provides services to over 2,200 physicians.
The platform aggregates and aligns traditional call center services such as answering services and nurse triage with telehealth solutions that include Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services sponsored programs such as Remote Patient Monitoring (“RPM”) and Chronic Care Management (“CCM”).
Since its formation in 2018, Lacuna Health has been developing solutions and services for physicians. Most notably, the company acquired a provider of CCM services for physician groups in January of 2019 and since then has forged several strategic partnerships with telehealth and RPM companies.
