Aerospace technology company L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) has announced an agreement to sell its EOTech business to American Holoptics, a science and weapons provider, the company said.
American Holoptics, an affiliate of Koucar Management, the company said.
With annual revenues of approximately USD 60m, EOTech manufactures holographic sighting systems, magnified field optics and accessories for military, law enforcement and commercial markets.
L3Harris Technologies is a Florida-based global aerospace and defense technology innovator, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customers´ mission-critical needs. The company provides advanced defense and commercial technologies across air, land, sea, space and cyber domains.
American Holoptics LLC represents a foundation of optical science and weapons systems distribution.
