The virtual care scheduling launch builds on Kyruus´ release last year of a virtual care profile that health systems can display like a provider profile in consumer search results. Customers can configure this profile to appear for customized search terms (e.g., cough, coronavirus) and deploy a call-to-action button on it to direct consumers to an internal or third-party landing page for more information or access to on-demand virtual visits.
