Kramer Levin hires partner, head of IP and tech transactions practice

Harry Rubin is joining Kramer Levin´s Corporate department in New York as a partner and head of the firm´s new Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions practice, the company said.

A globally recognized lawyer for IP strategy, transactions and financing, and technology commercialization, Rubin joins Kramer Levin from Ropes & Gray LLP, where he was a partner representing clients in global mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financings, and IP protection and commercialization.

Rubin represents a wide array of businesses, from startups to multinationals, Fluent in four languages, he transacts business in German, French and Hebrew and has a long-established track record of running deals in the European and Israeli markets, in addition to his domestic work.
