IntriCon Corporation (NASDAQ: IIN) reported for the 2016 third quarter net sales of USD16.0 million, compared to USD17.3 million in the prior-year period, the company said.
IntriCon posted a net loss attributable to shareholders of (USD1,304,000), or (USD0.19) per share, versus net income attributable to shareholders of USD628,000, or USD0.10 per diluted share, for the 2015 third quarter.
Gross profit margins were 22.9 percent compared to 26.7 percent in the prior-year third quarter. The decrease was primarily due to a less favorable sales mix and slightly lower revenue.
