US travel website InsanelyCheapFlights.com said it grew nearly 1200% in 12 months topping 1m unique visitors for the month of June.
Having recently broken the 900,000 mark in May, InsanelyCheapFlights.com said it continued its rapid growth that saw almost 2.5m unique visitors use the site in the second quarter of 2013.
That´s up from 1.5m in the first quarter, and continues the traffic increases the site has experienced over the past year, the firm said.
InsanelyCheapFlights.com said that the largest drivers of traffic to the site are search engines, both through paid and organic traffic.
Revenue is also up, increasing more than 1500% from the second quarter of 2012, the firm said. InsanelyCheapFlights has recently focused on diversifying its sources of revenue, and for the first time has added advertising revenue to its balance sheets.
