Using the HFN network backbone, Atlantic has upgraded bandwidth and reduced costs between seven offices to support backup, storage and datacenter services for their organization. Once complete, Atlantic will be able to respond to changing needs with HFN´s SDN ready network to quickly configure, manage, secure and optimize network resources remotely from their NOC.
HFN outsourced all IT and related support to Atlantic. Atlantic optimized HFN´s server assets and related services and leveraged cloud solutions to improve operational processes and security. Atlantic´s 24/7 IT system monitoring and NOC Helpdesk provides HFN with a single point of contact and responsive incident management.
