HDI, the first membership association and certification body created for the technical support industry, has launched a new membership model, the company said.
The upgrade and overhaul is the result of more than a year´s worth of focus groups, surveys, and open discussion with professionals throughout the technical support community–including current HDI members.
Among the most notable upgrades to HDI´s membership model is the elimination of a tiered structure with multiple pricing packages. Now members join at one level and all receive the same streamlined benefits package.
Founded in 1989, HDI is the first membership association and certification body created for the technical support industry.
