Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: HA), parent company of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. said it has reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2015.
GAAP net income was USD70.0 million or USD1.15 per diluted share. Adjusted net income was USD78.4 million or USD1.29 per diluted share, an increase of USD28.9 million or USD0.50 cents per diluted share year-over-year. Adjusted pre-tax margin was 20.0 percent compared to 12.6 percent in the prior year period.
