Grupo Aeroportuario del PacÃfico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: PAC)(BMV: GAP)reported its consolidated results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2015.
As a result of the company´s acquisition of Desarrollo de Concesiones Aeroportuarias, S.L., its financial and operating information includes the consolidation of the Montego Bay airport. Therefore, fourth quarter 2015 and full-year 2015 information may not be directly comparable with information from 2014. All peso (MXN) amounts are presented in nominal pesos.
Comparing 2015 with 2014:
The sum of aeronautical and non-aeronautical services revenues increased by MXN692.0 million, or 53.8 percent.
Total revenues increased 54.8 percent, or MXN730.9 million.
Cost of services increased by MXN151.4 million, or 53.2 percent, year over year.
Operating income increased by MXN359.8 million, or 53.9 percent.
Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico is a Mexico-based company that operates, maintains and develops airports in the Pacific and Central regions of Mexico. Its airports serve international routes, including Guadalajara-Los Angeles. More than a dozen airlines operate at the airport, the principal ones being Volaris, Aeromexico Group and Interjet. The airport has two operating runways.
