Grupo Aeroportuario Del Pacífico refinances long-term debt

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:PAC; BMV:GAP) said it has signed two loan agreements for the refinancing of the bridge loan obtained in April 2015 for the acquisition of Desarrollo de Concesiones Aeroportuarias, S.L.

The new loans amount to USD191.0 million, available for disbursement within 180 days; GAP expects to use the funds during 2016. The refinancing of the bridge loan will not increase the current leverage of the company.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico operates 12 airports throughout Mexico´s Pacific region, including the major cities of Guadalajara and Tijuana, the four tourist destinations of Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, La Paz and Manzanillo, and six other mid-sized cities: Hermosillo, Guanajuato, Morelia, Aguascalientes, Mexicali and Los Mochis.
