Goodrich Corporation (NYSE:GR) on Tuesday announced that it has signed an agreement with global power systems company Rolls-Royce (LSE:RR) for the provision of nacelle maintenance services from British Airways under the engine maker’s Total Care support programme.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
The contract is expected to begin upon delivery of British Airways’ first Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, which is scheduled for 2013. The programme is also expected to use Goodrich’s global nacelle MRO presence to offer support in all regions where the 787 Dreamliner will operate.
