GOL extends customer services offer, doubles its results in 2017

GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes has adopted a strategy for offering partnerships with hotels, car rental companies and travel insurance services, so it can complement the travel experience of customers and add value to the business, the company said.

These products have wide public acceptance. As a consequence, the results more than doubled from January to October 2017, compared to the same period of the previous year.

Brazil´s largest airline group with three main businesses: passenger transportation, cargo transportation and coalition loyalty program. GOL is Brazil´s largest airline, carrying 33 million passengers annually on more than 700 daily flights to 63 destinations, 52 in Brazil and 11 in South America and the Caribbean, on a fleet of 120 Boeing 737 aircraft, with a further 120 Boeing 737 MAX on order. The company maintains strategic alliances with Delta Air Lines, Air France and KLM, to improve business and also increase operations, in addition to providing 12 codeshare agreements and more than 70 interline. This service brings more convenience and facilitates connections to any place served by these alliances.
