GOL Airlines phases out codeshare with Delta

Brazil-based GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (NYSE: GOL) (B3: GOLL4) has announced the phase out of its codeshare with Delta, the company said.

GOL said Delta has been a terrific partner of GOL and it valued the partnership with Delta.

The phase out of this codeshare and investment in our non-voting shares is not expected to have a significant financial impact to GOL as the current relationship provided approximately 0.3% of GOL´s total revenues.
