Global Cloud Xchange deploys Cumulous Network

Global Cloud Xchange (GCX), a subsidiary of Reliance Communications (RCOM), has deployed its Cumulous Network, which will boost connectivity in the seven Indian Capital cities across the Indian sub-continent while providing connectivity between the international gateways in Chennai and Mumbai, the company said.

Based on current 100G technology, GCX will be able to deliver significant capacity across this important Indian sub-continent route with the ability to further upgrade in the future in alignment with technological advancements and market demand. The new network will interconnect with RCOM´s established network of data centers, connected by India´s largest terrestrial fiber network which connects seamlessly into GCX´s global subsea infrastructure.
