GCI Liberty declares special cash dividend

GCI Liberty, Inc. (Nasdaq: GLIBA, GLIBP) has announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend which will be payable on May 3, 2018 to shareholders of record of its Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock at the close of business on April 13, 2018, the company said.

The Special Dividend is approximately USD 0.13 per share of Preferred Stock.

GCI Liberty expects to pay regular quarterly dividends on the Preferred Stock beginning with the payment date of July 15, 2018.
