Gordon Brothers Group on Monday announced that its investment management affiliate, The Debt Investment Group of GB Merchant Partners LLC, has increased its existing term loan to VAS Aero Services.
GB Merchant Partners agented the Term Loan facility, which is expected to be instrumental in the support of the company’s continued growth. Financial details of the Term Loan facility were not disclosed.
Florida-based VAS Aero Services is a provider of aftermarket aviation component services and distribution.
