Gary Jet Center managing, piloting, maintaining first delivered HondaJet

The Gary Jet Center is managing and hangaring one of the first HondaJets to be delivered in the United States, the company said.

Additionally, two Gary Jet Center pilots were among the first type rated in the aircraft and attended pilot training at the Honda Aircraft Training Center in Greensboro, N.C. A Gary Jet Center maintenance technician also attended and completed the first HondaJet Initial and Avionics Maintenance Training program.

The Gary Center, located at the Gary/Chicago International Airport (KGYY), is a 25-year old, privately owned aviation services company, providing FBO services, as well aircraft management, maintenance and charter services to a variety of Chicagoland customers.

With more than 110,000 square feet of hangar space, Gary Jet Center is poised to accommodate and service the corporate jet market in the Chicagoland area.
