Fuze, the cloud-based communications solution provider for the modern global enterprise, has announced a new SCIM integration with Okta, the independent provider of identity for the enterprise, the company said.
Fuze is further enhancing its unified collaboration platform offering, creating a seamless admin experience that simplifies the onboarding and provisioning process, ensuring new users are enabled quickly and changes are handled efficiently.
Combining the strengths of two cloud leaders to power modern, secure digital communications, Fuze brings the identity and device management tool for cloud and mobile enterprises to its enterprise customers. In addition to SSO capabilities, the new SCIM integration will also enable Fuze customers to streamline user administration by providing the company with Active Directory (AD or LDAP) integration or access to Okta´s own universal directory.
The partnership enhances the Fuze platform´s existing single sign-on (SSO) feature and powers more secure identity management capabilities, making it easy for users to log in to Fuze using SSO with existing enterprise credentials, as well as update user profile and account information.
Fuze´s unified communication platform already combines voice, chat, video, and content sharing into a single platform. With the addition of Okta, Fuze is making it even easier for users to connect from anywhere and on any device using a common login.
