Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FTR) has announced its membership in the Paradigm for Parity coalition and its commitment to achieving gender parity throughout Frontier´s corporate leadership structure by 2030, the company said.
The coalition´s goals include increasing the number of women in senior operating roles, setting targets and progress reports for each company; and providing women with mentors who can help them position for long-term success in their careers.
To date, companies in the coalition include Accenture, Adecco, American Electric Power, APCO Worldwide, AstraZeneca, Bank of America, Huffington Post, LinkedIn, and Nordstrom.
The Paradigm for Parity coalition comprises CEOs, senior executives, founders, board members and business academics who are committed to achieving a new norm in corporate leadership: one in which women and men have equal power, status, and opportunity.
