Frontier Airlines has announced it is expanding its low-fare service with the addition of six new destinations from Orlando International Airport (MCO), the company said.
The addition of these destinations means the airline will serve 59 cities non-stop from Orlando, the most of any carrier.
The new domestic destinations are Dallas (DFW), Houston (IAH), Baltimore (BWI), Bradley/Hartford (BDL), and Boston (BOS), the latter of which becomes the 106th city in Frontier´s network. Frontier will launch the only nonstop service from Orlando to Punta Cana (PUJ) in the Dominican Republic. The carrier will operate the flights with the Airbus A320 family of aircraft.
Frontier flies one of the youngest fleets in the industry, the Airbus A320 Family of more than 80 jet aircraft. With nearly 200 new planes on order, Frontier will continue to grow to deliver on the mission of providing affordable travel across America.
