Former Harris business expands executive team with 3 new hires

Stu Shea, CEO of MHVC Acquisition Corporation, formerly Harris Corporation´s Government Services business, has named three new executives with strong experience in the national security sector to his leadership team, the company said.

Jeremy Wensinger has been named chief operating officer (COO), James Winner chief legal officer and general counsel, and Robert Giannetta chief information officer (CIO).

Wensinger was most recently principal at Augusta Management Strategies. He was president of PAE´s National Security and Solutions business following his service as COO of GTSI, and chairman and president of Cobham Defense Systems.

Winner comes from GardaWorld Federal Services, where he was chief legal officer and general counsel. Earlier, he served in division general counsel positions for Northrop Grumman, ITT Corporation and Exelis Inc. He also practiced law with Barnes & Thornburg LLP and worked as in-house counsel for Rolls-Royce Corporation and Cummins Inc.

Giannetta´s last position was as a partner for technology advisory services at CAUSA Talent Source, a professional services firm. Previously, he was vice president and CIO of the professional services contractor, USIS.
