FlyersRights study finds Congress fails airline passengers

FlyersRights.org released a comprehensive airline passenger report card for all 535 members of Congress that found Congressional efforts to protect airline passenger rights received low scores, the organization said.

FlyersRights.org measured Congressional efforts in protecting airline passenger rights over the past eight years, using 10 criteria including voting records, bills sponsored, and money accepted from the airline industry. Out of over 100 possible points, the average letter grade was a “D” for poor.

FlyersRights.org is a US based airline passenger group.
