Donaldson announces retirement of director

Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) said that Paul David Miller, Admiral, United States Navy (Retired), retired from its board of directors effective at the conclusion of the company´s December 22 annual meeting of stockholders.

Admiral Miller, 73, was ineligible to stand for reelection to the Donaldson board of directors due to having reached the board´s mandatory retirement age.

Miller served as chairman and chief executive officer of Alliant Techsystems, Inc. (ATK) following his distinguished 30-year career in the US Navy, which included Commander-in-Chief, US Atlantic Command and NATO Supreme Allied Commander — Atlantic. He has also served on the boards of other public companies, including Teledyne Technologies and Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc.
