Telecommunications services operator DNA has updated its fixed broadband network to bring broadband speeds to DNA´s cable network customers in Southern Finland, the company said.
Teleste´s DOCSIS 3.1-compatible, 1.2 GHz, network products as well as its network services are strongly involved in implementing of the upgrade.
The company, a provider of video and broadband technologies and related services, will supply the latest DOCSIS 3.1 network technology-based network cable network products in addition to its network service expertise to DNA Ltd´s network upgrade project in Southern Finland.
Teleste´s network services will look after the network design and documentation for the upgrade, and Teleste will also take part in field installations. Teleste´s DOCSIS 3.1-compatible network products will also be utilised in the project, including AC3010 and AC3210 amplifiers released just this spring.
