DFW's 17th International Carrier to Serve Reykjavík Beginning May 2018

Customers from Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport will have a new choice for travel to Iceland and beyond when Icelandair begins new service to Reykjavik´s Keflavik International (KEF) in May 2018, the company said.

Icelandair will serve DFW to KEF four times per week with a Boeing 757-200 aircraft.

The new route will open up more travel choices for DFW customers via the Icelandair hub in Reykjavik, which serves more than 25 destinations in Europe.

Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport earned the distinction of the best large airport in North America for customer service in 2016 from Airports Council International.

Icelandair offers service to and from Iceland through Icelandair´s hub at Keflavik International Airport serving 20 destinations in North America and more than 25 destinations in Scandinavia, the U.K., and Continental Europe. Icelandair also allows passengers to take an Icelandair Stopover for up to seven nights at no additional airfare.
