Delta earns JD Power certification for sales/service centers

Delta Airlines has received JD Power certification for the third consecutive year for its sales and service customer engagement centers, the company said.

The certification signifies that Delta´s premium sales and service team, which provides assistance to customers including SkyMiles diamond, platinum and gold medallion members, has attained the benchmark established by JD Power for contact center customer service and operational performance.

Delta Air Lines serves nearly 180 million customers each year. Delta and the Delta Connection carriers offer service to 319 destinations in 57 countries on six continents. Headquartered in Atlanta, Delta employs more than 80,000 employees worldwide and operates a mainline fleet of more than 800 aircraft.
