Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) has reported a 5.0 percent decline in consolidated passenger unit revenue (PRASM) for May 2016, compared to May 2015, the company said.
The company said the decline is due to persistent close-in domestic yield weakness and continued pressures from foreign exchange.
Delta reported May 2016 mainline completion factor was 99.9 percent. May 2016 on-time performance (preliminary DOT A14) was 88.6 percent.
Delta Air Lines serves nearly 180 million customers each year, and offers service to 337 destinations in 62 countries on six continents.
