Delta adds local farm fare to on-board menu

Delta Air Lines´ (NYSE: DAL) has added local farm fare and locally sourced milk from Five Acre Farms, located four hours north of Manhattan, to its on-board menu created by Union Square Events, the company said.

Battenkill Valley Creamery is owned and operated by fourth- and fifth-generation farmers Don and Seth McEachron. The McEachrons opened their creamery in 2008, to process and bottle their own milk.
