DecisionPoint Systems sales down 28% YoY

DecisionPointâ„¢ Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: DPSI and DPSIP) said sales for the second quarter of 2015 were USD9.4 million, down 27.9 percent from sales of USD13.0 million in the second quarter of 2014.

The net loss, including a noncash write-down totaling USD3.0 million of goodwill and intangible assets related to the company´s Apex operations in Canada, was USD3.3 million from continuing operations, or USD3.9 million attributable to common shareholders including both continuing and discontinued operations.

This compares to a net loss of USD132,000 for the second quarter of 2014 from continuing operations, or USD354,000 attributable to common shareholders including both continuing and discontinued operations. This represents a USD0.30 loss per share from continuing operations in the second quarter of 2015, compared to a USD0.04 loss per share from continuing operations in the second quarter of 2014.
