DCT Telecom Group, Inc. (DCT) has added three experienced professionals to its team, the company said.
Kearsten Brunst joins DCT as an account service representative who will fulfill DCT´s unique approach to proactive account management by interacting with customers on all administrative aspects of their account, as well as working to identify and facilitate on-going processes and cost improvements.
Sue Wohleber joins DCT as a customer service representative. In her role, she will provide top tier, local customer care.
Stephanie Monroe joins DCT as engineering assistant, providing direct support to the director of engineering.
