DarkMatter appoints new systems engineering VP

The senior executive comes with impressive electronic security expertise, extending to applied security, cryptography, and countermeasures

DarkMatter has appointed Suresh Bollapragada to the role of vice president of systems engineering, where he will be responsible for security of communication platforms, including mobile phones, the company said.

Bollapragada was formerly a senior director engineering in Qualcomm´s chipset division, where he helped develop security technologies on Snapdragon and Qualcomm modem chipsets

He has over 20 years of experience in software and system engineering from a number of blue chip technology companies, with expertise in security technology and networking.
