Corendon Airlines has announced it has opened a base in Izmir, Turkey´s western province, representing its second base in Turkey, the company said.
The company said flights are scheduled to launch in June 2019.
Corendon Airlines announced it expanded its fleet with 7 new aircrafts, in accordance with the growth of capacity, and plans to increase the number of bases inside Turkey and abroad.
In the 2019 summer, 18 flights a week are scheduled to Izmir with a capacity of 148.000 seats. In the coming period the company said it will start the sale of 2019 — 2020 winter flights with a goal to expand service between Izmir and new cities.
Corendon Airlines is a Turkish leisure airline headquartered in Antalya and based at Antalya Airport.
