Copa reports 12% increase in November 2015 passenger traffic

Copa Holdings, S.A. (NYSE: CPA) has reported system-wide passenger traffic, measured in revenue passenger miles (RPMs) for November 2016 rose to 1,463.6 million, compared to 1,309.0 in November 2015, representing an 11.8 percent increase, the company said.

For the month of November 2016, Copa reported capacity, measured in available seat miles (ASM) increased 2.7 percent from 1,768.2 million in November 2015 to 1,815.2 million.

Copa said its system load factor for November 2016 was 80.6 percent, a 6.6 percentage point increase when compared to the November 2015 load factor of 74 percent.

Copa Holdings is a Latin American provider of passenger and cargo services. The company, through its operating subsidiaries, provides service to 74 destinations in 31 countries in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean with a fleet consisting of 99 aircraft: 78 Boeing 737NG aircraft and 21 EMBRAER-190s.
