Copa Holdings RPMs up 11.9% for March

Copa Holdings, S.A. (NYSE: CPA) has released preliminary passenger traffic statistics for March 2017, the company said

For the month, Copa Holdings´ system-wide passenger traffic (RPMs) increased 11.9% year over year, while capacity (ASMs) increased 5.9%. As a result, system load factor for March 2017 was 79.6%, a 4.3 percentage point increase when compared to March 2016.

Copa Holdings is a Latin American provider of passenger and cargo services. The company, through its operating subsidiaries, provides service to 73 destinations in 31 countries in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean with one of the youngest and most modern fleets in the industry, consisting of 101 aircraft: 80 Boeing 737NG aircraft and 21 EMBRAER-190s.
