Copa Holdings reports 6.2% increase in capacity in October 2018

Copa Holdings, S.A. (NYSE: CPA) has reported 2.137m in available seat miles (ASM) in October 2018, compared to 2.013m in October 2017, an increase of 6.2%, the company said.

Year-to-date ASMs are 21.5m, compared to 19.8m for the same period in 2017, an 8.4% increase.

Revenue passenger miles in October 2018 were 1.75m, compared with 1,71m in October 2017, an increase of 2.7%. Year-to-date RPMs reported were 17.9m, compared to 16.5m in the same period in 2017, an increase of 8.5%.

Load factor reported in October 2018 was 82.0%, compared to 84.8% in October 2017, a decrease of 2.8 p.o.
