ContactUS Communications assumes operations at Pennsylvania contact center

ContactUS Communications has assumed operations at a new location in Grindstone, Pennsylvania as of April 1, the company said.

In doing so, the company helped the center´s client avoid a costly service interruption while searching for a new location. ContactUS has also preserved the jobs of over 120 local employees.

ContactUS´ management team previously worked with the call center´s client a decade ago; the client was impressed with the high standards and quality practices demonstrated by the ContactUS executive team, and kept the company in mind for future opportunities. That opportunity arose when the former contact center provider announced a restructuring.

Established in 2011, ContactUS Communications offers contact center support via phone, email, web chat and automated self-service solutions. Services provided include sales, technical support, billing and credit services, subscriber retention, third party verifications and back office activities. ContactUS supports a number of industries, including consumer goods, finance, retail and health care. The company operates with a 100 percent US-based workforce.
