Comtech awarded USD 2.0m contract

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq:CMTL) has announced that during its third quarter of fiscal 2018, its Command & Control Technologies group, which is part of Comtech´s Government Solutions segment, has received a contract from a major US prime contractor for the supply of multiple XY satellite tracking antennas in support of a critical US government program, the company said.

The Command & Control Technologies group is a provider of mission-critical, highly mobile C4ISR solutions. The Space & Component Technology Division, located in Cypress, California, specializes in the supply of XY satellite tracking antennas specifically designed for low earth orbit (LEO) and medium earth orbit (MEO) satellite tracking in support of Earth Observation, Remote Sensing, and TT&C applications. Comtech also offers low-cost radome solutions and carbon fiber reflectors to support LEO, MEO, and GEO antenna operations in all environments.
