Compass Airlines raises first year pilot pay

First year, First Officer pay at Compass Airlines will soon be the highest in the regional airline industry, the company said.

Compass is pleased to announce that effective October 1, 2017, its first year, First Officer pay will increase to USD 41.00 per flight hour. Additionally, First Officers at all pay steps will receive an increase.

Additionally, Compass pilots will soon have the opportunity to earn a referral bonus of up to USD 10,000 for each successful pilot they refer to the company.

Compass Airlines serves over 6.5 million passengers annually, averaging over 240 daily departures to destinations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Compass operates a fleet of Embraer 175 aircraft on behalf of American Airlines (as American Eagle) and Delta Air Lines (as Delta Connection). Headquartered in Minneapolis, Compass has crew bases in Los Angeles and Seattle, with a third base in Phoenix scheduled to open before the end of 2017.
