CommutAir combines crew resources, scheduling under one director

CommutAir, a United Express carrier, has promoted Rene DeLange to Director of Crew Resources and Scheduling in response to the staffing needs prompted by their growing fleet, the company said.

The combining of the crew resources and the crew scheduling functions will facilitate the CommutAir´s rapid and sustained expansion plans. DeLange will oversee crew records, crew training, crew planning, and crew scheduling in order to provide a seamless process from the start of training to line flying. In his new capacity, he will report to Joel T. Raymond, COO.

DeLange´s previous role was Director of Airport Operations and Training.

CommutAir continues to hire in all areas, including pilots. They have created an industry leading pay and benefits package for pilots.
