CommutAir has announced major changes to its base maintenance organization creating opportunities for direct-entry supervisory and technical leader positions at its bases in Albany (ALB), Newark (EWR), and Dulles (IAD).
The new positions reward the experience and longevity of recruits and promotes, and provide a clear growth path for every base maintenance employee.
A newly-minted technician can choose to follow the supervisory track (crew leader followed by base supervisor and then base manager) or the technical track (to technical leader and MOC). Additional growth is expected as well, which will create even more advancement opportunities for technicians.
