Clicktale buys Flightrecorder

Experience management platform Clicktale has acquired mobile analytics provider FlightRecorder, the company said.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

FlightRecorder´s technology will serve as the basis for a new offering, Clicktale for Apps, a user experience, engagement and app analytics solution providing businesses with proactive, visual insights and recommendations for improving their apps and engaging and retaining their users.

Clicktale for Apps works for both native and hybrid apps, and includes features such as user session replays, crash reports, data insights, mobile analytics, and heatmaps. It is offered as an all-in-one SDK for iOS and Android, with an easy, engineering-friendly deployment process that enables developers to begin seeing data within minutes of implementation.

FlightRecorder is a developer of all-in-one mobile analytics with usage recordings crash reporting and push notifications. Founded in 2014 by CEO Can Abacigil and CFO Omer Erkmen, FlightRecorder has offices in San Francisco and Istanbul, Turkey.
