Charter subsidiaries offer USD1.5bn senior unsecured notes

Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) said its subsidiaries, CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp., intend to offer USD1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2024.

Charter intends to initially hold the net proceeds from the offering as cash and cash equivalents and to pay down revolver borrowings.

The offering is subject to, among other things, market conditions.

Charter is a US-based broadband communications company and cable operator. Charter provides advanced broadband services, including Spectrum TVâ„¢ video entertainment programming, Spectrum Internetâ„¢ access, and Spectrum Voiceâ„¢.
