Charter offers USD 1.0bn senior unsecured notes

Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) subsidiaries CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp. intend to offer USD 1.0bn in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2027, the company said.

These notes will form a part of the same series as the 5.125% Senior Unsecured Notes issued on February 6, 2017 in the aggregate principal amount of USD 1.0bn.

Charter intends to use the net proceeds from this offering as well as cash on hand to repurchase or redeem USD 2.0bn in aggregate principal amount of Time Warner Cable, LLC´s 5.850% notes due 2017, to pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
