Charter approvals for Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks transactions

Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) said its stockholders have approved previously announced transactions with Time Warner Cable Inc. and Bright House Networks, LLC.

More than 99 percent of the votes cast for each of the proposals voted in favor of each of the proposals, and more than 98 percent of votes cast for each of the proposals, excluding votes associated with Charter Class A common stock beneficially owned by Liberty Broadband and its affiliates and associates, voted in favor of each of the proposals.

The closing of Charter´s previously announced transactions with Time Warner Cable Inc. and Bright House Networks, LLC, are subject to regulatory review and other customary conditions.
